Welcome to the MacPaint simulator! This is a 'workaround' to the first three projects, intended to be completed on the CloudPaint.com website. CloudPaint is (hopefully) temporarily experiencing technical difficulties. You will be able to complete the transparent cube, opaque cube, cylinder and fish assignments using this MacPaint simulator. After completing each project, remember to do a screen capture.

For more information about this simulator, click HERE.

Click the 'Power Button' on the simulator. The screen will go black for a few moments and then the virtual 1985 Macintosh will load - this also takes a few seconds.
Double-click the 'Paint' icon to open the virtual floppy disk. You can also click it once to highlight the icon and then choose 'Open' from the 'File' menu. It may take a couple of tries - the program needs to 'see' your coursor.
Double-click the 'MacPaint' icon to launch the program. You can also click it once to highlight the icon and then choose 'Open' from the 'File' menu.
To save your project, take a screen capture of the MacPaint screen and save it on your computer. You can then print it out or save it in your portfolio for later transfer. There is no 'Save' on the simulator, so you can not go back and edit an image.
